1. 货代凭小提单和拖车公司的“提箱申请书”到箱管部办理进口集装箱超期使用费、卸箱费、进口单证费等费用的押款手续。
2. 若押款人不是提单上所注明的收货人，押款人必须出具同意为收货人押款并支付相应费用的保证函（保函）。
3. 押款完毕经船代箱管部授权后到进口放箱岗办理提箱手续，领取集装箱设备交接单，并核对其内容是否正确。
4. 收货人拆空进口货物后，将空箱返回指定的回箱地点。
5. 空箱返回指定堆场后，收货人要及时凭押款凭证，到箱管部办理集装箱费用的结算手续。
